The halls of CPP Distribution are decked for the holidays.
For our in-office holiday celebrations this year we went all out. Everyone participated, in-office and remotely, in a Workplace Decorating Competition to make the office merry and bright.
For 10 days our team members brought in decorations, new and old, to deck out their desks. Some people themed their desks while others plastered the walls with holiday spirit. To top it all off, we even had a real Christmas tree.
One of the best things about this activity was how it brought our team together. When someone added new decorations to their desk, they were met with words of affirmation. When someone needed help fixing their work station set up, they were offered helping hands.

But the winner was…*drumroll please*…Darren! He blew us out of the water with his “home for the holidays” set up, complete with pictures of every CPP employee as an elf and a visit from Santa himself!
Overall, this was a great activity to get everyone involved. 10/10 would recommend. Plus, for the next couple weeks we’ll be working in a festive wonderland!
