The 10 Gallon Automatic Waste Fluid Recovery Unit is designed to capture, contain, and automatically discharge waste fluids from production equipment. Utilizing a gravity-fed operating system, fluids enter the vessel through an inlet check valve and collect in the tank until the fluid level reaches the activation point.
When the tank nears full capacity, a pneumatic controller actuates a stainless steel 3-way valve, allowing supply air to pressurize the vessel and discharge the collected fluid. Once the tank is emptied, the unit automatically resets and returns to normal operation, providing efficient, hands-free fluid management for oilfield and industrial applications.
