BESTOLIFE® API Modified WG is a high-performance metallic thread compound designed for casing, tubing, and line pipe in extreme environments. It meets or exceeds API RP 5A3 / ISO 13678 standards, offering superior protection against galling, leakage, and corrosion during makeup, breakout, and long-term storage.
Formulated to perform under high pressure and elevated temperatures, this compound resists water absorption, disintegration, and volume changes. It will not harden, dry out, evaporate, or oxidize. With built-in H₂S and corrosion inhibitors, it protects threaded surfaces from pitting and discoloration in field use and storage.
