BESTOLIFE® Bee-Lok

Two-Component Epoxy System for Locking Casing Joints

BESTOLIFE® Bee-Lok is an economical, two-component epoxy system designed to replace welding for locking casing joints on bottom lengths. Formulated with 25% metallic zinc, Bee-Lok enhances sealing performance and reduces joint galling while effectively preventing joint loosening.

Each kit includes a base resin, catalyst, and applicator for easy use. The epoxy mixture has a pot life of 75 minutes under normal conditions and cures fully within 24 hours. To break connections, heat the joint between 500°F and 600°F.

Locking casing joints on bottom lengths
Welding alternative for rotary-shouldered and non-interference tubing and casing connections

To Apply

Empty the catalyst into the base epoxy resin and mix thoroughly
Use the applicator (flat knife) to cover the male threads with the mixture and make up the connection
Once applied, let cure for 24 hours
