ChemStar 1100TCP – Flexible Graphite Packing for High‑Temperature Service

ChemStar Style 1100TCP is braided from pure expanded flexible graphite, delivering self‑lubricating performance with excellent chemical inertness and high thermal conductivity. Designed for expansion joints, valves, soot blowers, and rotating and reciprocating equipment, it provides reliable sealing across a wide range of demanding services, including air, ammonia, chemicals, corrosives, gases, oils, paper stock, solvents, liquor, water, steam, boiler feed water, and condensate. Unlike conventional packing, Style 1100TCP becomes denser as gland adjustments are made, allowing additional rings to be installed and re‑adjusted when the follower bottoms out—eliminating the need for packing extraction.
