PETOL – SURGRIP™ Friction Vise

The PETOL™ SURGRIP™ Friction Vises were designed for holding downhole pumps and other precision components during makeup and breakout operations where marking is prohibited.

The vises utilize precision aluminum bushings that can be quickly and easily installed in the jaws. The bushings are match-bored to a specific diameter. Additional diameters will require additional bushings. The vises use high strength, heat-treated alloy steels for other components for rugged, dependable service and high-quality materials throughout for long life with the toughest jobs.

• Provide a superior non-crushing and non-marring friction grip
• Specific O.D. requirements are met with interchangeable aluminum bushings
• Bushings are held in place by spring-loaded plungers for quick change out
• ZV55-54 vise can be fitted with special adaptor bushings enabling it to work the smaller O.D. range of the ZV35-54 vise
